When Duncton Wood succumbs to a tyrant’s rule, ancient beliefs and the natural order are endangered. For young Bracken and a few brave souls, exile might only mark the start of a long journey back home.
Inspired by William Horwood’s novel, this enchanting and poetic tale of faith, youthful love, resistance fighters, and profound friendships unfolds in a woodland realm ravaged by dictatorship and the struggle for survival.
